I'm a thirty-something geek who loves sports, reading, playing board/card games, painting and sometimes being completely lazy binge watching TV shows.

Growing up I read A LOT of True Crime, Mysteries, and other super adult type books. Now that I'm an adult, I really enjoy reading for entertainment (getting lost in another world), which includes a lot of YA, Manga, Graphic Novels, etc. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy a book with some depth once in a while.

I'm also a huge fan of reading the book before seeing the movie/series.  Sometimes I watch upcoming movie trailers just to help pick my next read.  

I also listen to a lot of audiobooks I pick up from the library for my commute or download on audible.com to listen to while I do housework.  I am not ashamed!

I enjoy watching Doctor Who, Sherlock, Supernatural, Raising Hope, Criminal Minds, Firefly, Game of Thrones, Shameless, and a ridiculous amount of Investigation Discovery Channel.

So I guess you could say my interests vary widely, and I'm ok with that. Who wants to be categorized anyways? I sure don't!
